Mr. Avery’s practice focuses in the area of Trials and Appeals. He is admitted to practice before the Missouri Bar, the Illinois Bar, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Avery is the recipient of the Lawyers Association of St. Louis’ Milton F. Napier Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and American College of Trial Lawyers Medal of Excellence in Advocacy. He has also served as an instructor for the Washington University College of Arts & Sciences.
