While in law school, Ms. Bell served as Symposium Editor of the Missouri Law Review and was a member of the Board of Advocates. She is the recipient of Academic Excellence Awards in Legislation and State Constitutional Law. She received the Fred L. Howard Prize for Excellence in the Advancement of Advocacy and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. She is a member of the Elwood L. Thomas American Inn of Court and Jefferson City Rotaract.
