Mr. Brandt’s practice focuses in the areas of Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Offerings & Compliance, Technology Licensing, Banking & Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Brandt serves as outside general counsel for several mid-size, privately held businesses and outside corporate counsel to several public companies, in industries such as manufacturing, technology, software development, internet marketing, health/dental care, construction, real estate development, insurance, banking and mortgage lending. Mr. Brandt is the recipient of Academic Excellence Awards in Corporations and Business Entities, Secured Transactions and Consumer Lending. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Brandt held various positions within the business management and finance organizations at The Boeing Company over a ten year period. He was a member of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review from 1999-2000 and an Articles Editor from 2000-2001.
In 2009, Mr. Brandt was selected to Rising Stars® by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine.
