Mr. Rothman’s practice focuses in the areas of Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Tax Planning and Securities Compliance. Mr. Rothman is admitted to practice before the Missouri Bar. He is a past lecturer for the Missouri Bar Association, Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis in Tax Planning. He served as a Patent Agent, Office of Naval Research, Washington, D.C. and as a Patent Examiner in the United States Patent Office and has extensive experience as a real estate developer and manufacturing executive. He is also Past Chairman, Probate and Trust Section, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
