Mr. Turk’s practice area includes Trials and Appeals. Mr. Turk practices in the firm’s litigation department, and handles a variety of commercial and individual civil matters. Mr. Turk served as a teaching assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and an associate editor for the Missouri law Review. Mr. Turk has also tried criminal cases in Boone County Circuit Court through the University of Missouri’s Criminal Prosecution Clinic. Mr. Turk also served as clerk to the Honorable Glenn A. Norton of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
