Mr. Blitz’s practice focuses in the area of Trials and Appeals. Mr. Blitz is admitted to practice before the Missouri Bar, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Blitz's continued success across the nation has earned him his reputation as a well known and respected member of the trial bar.
He has had unusual success in both defending and prosecuting business and commercial disputes. His total verdicts and settlements exceeds $300,000,000 including breach of contracts, real estate, securities, first amendment and other business related cases He has successfully defended clients, individual and corporate, in construction, real estate, restrictive covenants, and Title VII cases and other business litigation in which his clients were exposed to large adverse verdicts.
